What is the jewelry made of?
All of the products are made of Sterlilng Silver, as decribed on each of the product pages.

 

How soon will I receive my order?
Orders will be shipped 10 days after receipt of the order.  If a rush order is desired, we will move your order to the top of the list,  and there will be a $15 rush charge added.  This will gaurantee the order to be shipped out 2 days after the order is placed. 
*  Please note, we can not gaurentee delivery by a certain date, only the date it will ship out.

 

Am I able to personalize the back of the charm?
Typically the front of the charm will have the name, and the back will have the DOB.  All charms come personalized front and back.  If you wish to have something other than DOB that is possible.

 

What font is used?
The font used on the Z-TAGZ jewelry is block or similar to Arial.

 

May I order just a charm and use my own chain?
Yes, you may order individual tagz at the a'la carte page.

 

What if my name(s) do not fit on the tag?
