Shipping: We ship USPS Priority Mail and the flat rate is $4.60 per order.  If you want to use a different method please Contact Us to request an alternative delivery method. 

 

Warranty:  We will replace any defective chains or chords within 90 days of purchase.  If we make a mistake on the NAME or DOB on the tags we'll replace that too but we can't replace tags for free if the error was yours.  We understand that mistake happen so if you goof we'll replace the tag for 1/2 price of the original.  You must return the defective product or part to us first and then we'll replace it within 10 business days.  Please call us or use the Contact Us form to let us know about the problem and that you're returning the defective product.

 

Step 1.  Select whether you would like a Sterling Silver chain or a Leather cord (Necklaces).

Step 2.  Choose the size of tag(s) you wish to use. 

Step 3.  Choose the number of tags you want.

Step 4.  Complete the Custom Order Form. 

   a.  If you chose a chain necklace select the style of chain from the three types listed.

   b.  Next select the chain length from the 16", 18" or 20" choices.

OR

   a.  If you chose a cord necklace select the color from the two types listed.

NOW  

   c.  Complete the NAME(S) as you want them to appear on the front of the Tag(s) and the Date of Birth (DOB) to appear on the back of the tag(s).  The format is 12.12.08 / 1.1.98

   d.  Preview and Edit or Submit the Custom Order Form.

Step 5.  Click the 'Add to Cart' button.  You can now 'Check Out' or 'Continue Shopping'.  Be sure to browse the A La Carte, Accessories and Jewelry Care Supplies pages.
